'' A fast and comprehensive start for Authorized SAP/BusinessOne partners who need to learn the building blocks for a successful implementation of Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE). Learn how to quickly install, configure, manage and monitor ASE 12.5.2 in a safe and controlled environment. You learn the fundamentals of user creation, access and security management, resource management (memory, disk, and CPU), database backup and recovery methods, automatic database expansion, scheduled jobs, and much more with the goal of creating a reliable Adaptive Server environment.
Course Objectives :
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
Install Adaptive Server, make connectivity and navigate its environment
Understand Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) Architecture
Configure Server Behavior
Create and administer databases using graphical user interface
Create user accounts and manage permissions
Create and perform database backups and restores
Manage physical data placement and storage
Run diagnostic and repair functions· Schedule jobs using Job Scheduler
