'' Understand the capabilities of Manage Anywhere Studio. Learn how the product is designed, how it is best used in practical environments, and how it fits into the scheme of distributed management of mobile systems in general. Gain hands-on knowledge and skills for installing and administering the manage Anywhere Server and client agents. Lean how to deploy and install clients, distribute software to client computers, and collect/manage hardware and software inventory while creating a variety of packages. Study the differences between task and self-healing image packages, learn how to schedule tasks, and use the live support tools.
Course Objectives :
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
List and describe all the components that make up a Manage Anywhere Studio installation
Perform daily basic administrative function; install, deploy, configure agents and servers
Collect, view hardware and software inventory
Distribute software to selected resources (computers, users, user groups)
Create packages
Use Live Support tools
Troubleshoot common problems with inventory collection, software distribution and remote tools
