'' This three day training course is designed to equip OneBridge administration staff with the necessary skills and information to run and administer their OneBridge Mobile Groupware Server and its users. It covers the aspects of installation and configuration plus troubleshooting, FAQ’s and known issues for OneBridge administrators with no, little or some knowledge on the OneBridge platform.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
Overview of Architecture & Features
Installation - How to configure synchronization with Lotus Notes/MS Exchange
User Administration: including profiles, message of the day, client deployment wizard.
How to administrate OBMG LiveConnect functionality.
Troubleshooting - How to use the log console, documentation supplied with product (and online), and utilize the ESI support group to troubleshoot & resolve any issues.
Maintenance and Support, including how to keep up to date with product fixes and patches.
OneBridge Client Overview, settings and options.
User Deployment: including device and desktop pc setup, client deployment wizard. ...''
