'' Integrating new business models into existing departmental functions requires planning and analysis. Deploying effective strategies must focus on the “why�and “how�of doing business in new ways. Determining the resources for successful strategies demands that management research, observe and identify these opportunities. This course teaches you how to look at the essential processes of your organization and design workable strategies to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI). Curriculum includes process mapping, analytical methods for understanding processes, requirements analysis, scope and feasibility analysis, and scenario planning. Special emphasis is placed on the evolving role of information within and without the enterprise and how network connectivity provides a host of new ways to create and deliver business value. Students will be required to have access to MS Visio, PowerPoint or SmartDraw software to complete assignments. ...''
