'' Implementing a successful technology-centric process-improvement strategy within an organization requires new ways of working and new ways of managing workflow. The leading edge of process design is the creation and delivery of self-serve and highly digitized process-based operational environments for companies, customers, partners, and employees. This course provides the information and skills practice necessary to develop and implement a technology-based change to one or more business processes, and explores human organizational challenges facing business strategists when implementing new technology and changing operational processes. The major deliverable of the course is the creation, development and online written production of a technology-enabled business process implementation and change management plan. Course topics include business case discovery and objectives, project scope and charter development, analysis of implementation, change management solutions, contingency and disaster recovery planning, as well as requirements analysis, RFP creation and evaluation of available technology. ...''
