'' Written and delivered by industry experts, this five-day course provides students with the technical skills required to design, develop and manage solutions using Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007 (PPS). From a monitoring perspective, students will learn to design, develop and manage interactive dashboards; and from a planning perspective, students will learn to design and develop basic business models for budgeting, to manage budget cycles and to create management reports.

The course consists of lessons, demonstrations and comprehensive "real world" student lab exercises to effectively describe how PPS provides all the functionality needed to deliver an end-to-end performance management solution.
