'' This course describes how companies can use logistics and supply chain management practices strategically to satisfy customer requirements, especially in the area of providing lower costs and rapid order fulfillment. Students will learn managerial logistics responsibilities in the following areas: transportation, inventory management planning, warehousing, packaging, materials handling, collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment activities, and customer service.
