'' Experience shows that most managers are too busy to properly prepare for interviews; and then, because they have failed to plan the interview they compensate by talking and asking questions, providing the answers themselves, or prompting the ’candidate’ to give the required response! This can result in wrong decisions regarding the candidate being made.
