The revolutionary leap from mass production to lean production has provided a set of lean manufacturing principles that represent a radical departure from traditional techniques. The skill-sets, roles, rules, and process requirements have changed. Members of lean manufacturing work teams now function like an autonomous business with total responsibility for the manufacturing, quality, and delivery of the product to their customers.

Lean Manufacturing integrates improvement efforts, technical tools, and basic management techniques into a disciplined Kaizen improvement focused approach.

This workshop will equip managers with the vital skills they need to implement a lean manufacturing programme.
