'' This course aims to equip delegates with the essential tools and techniques for establishing client focus and satisfaction during a consultancy intervention. This includes maximising the win-win relationship between a client and a consultant, the importance of delivering on time and on budget, exceeding client expectations and encouraging repeat business.

This course can be tailored and delivered in company.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course delegates will have:

Understood the importance of adopting an approach which supports their organisation’s brand identity and consultant’s integrity

Identified and used a range of consultancy skills and techniques

Practised consultancy skills in realistic scenarios

Reviewed the consultant’s role in ongoing account management and the identification of additional business possibilities

Developed an action plan for implementation in the workplace
