'' This course is designed particularly for HR professionals who have to present a case at internal appeal hearings. The course is participative and provides practical guidance on how to prepare and present a convincing case.

Participants are requested to familiarise themselves with two case studies before the course.

This course can be tailored and delivered in company.
Course Objectives

Recognised importance of challenging assumptions during the preparation stages;
