Course Description:

'' Macromedia Flash 8 is the professional standard authoring tool for producing high-impact Web experiences. Flash has now become the industry standard application for the development of ‘rich media�online content. This course will show you the power and flexibility of Flash and you will be creating movies for the web using your own creativity.

Topics include creating Flash movies with images, text and form components; using movie layers and timelines for animation, creating action scripts and publishing your movie to the web.

After completing this course, delegates will be able to create, modify, and optimize graphics for use on Web sites as well as being able to create graphics that include rollovers, text, hotspots, and other visual effects.

Course Objectives
By the end of the course the delegate will be able to:

View a Flash movie and modify the appearance of the Stage.
Draw, paint, and create custom colours, gradients, and line styles.
Manipulate objects, describe shape interaction, and import artwork.
Add text and manipulate its behaviour and appearance.
Build layers and use them to create various effects.
Create frame-by-frame, shape-tweened, and motion-tweened animation.
Publish a Flash movie.
