'' A one-day course which aims to develop safety in the work environment, and increase the participants�skills in anticipating, avoiding and managing aggressive behaviour towards themselves and their colleagues
This course can be tailored and delivered in company.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Identify early warning danger signals and adopt appropriate responses
Recognise and reduce safety risks for themselves and colleagues
Demonstrate the role of verbal and non-verbal communication in calming a potentially aggressive situation
Outline and demonstrate a range of strategies for defusing aggression
