'' This course is intended for those who have experience in management and want to acquire formal project management training, with exposure to current project management products, techniques and tools, and for staff working in information systems who wish to take on project responsibilities. The ISEB syllabus requires training providers to include a recognised methodology. In order to fulfil this requirement we have chosen PRINCE2â„? for which full training is included. The course includes techniques for managing high technology and often complex projects. These are of general applicability, but focused on IS project management issues on the course. Delegates wishing to take the ISEB written examination (CPMX) should book for the date required - see list of examination dates. Delegates may also wish to benefit by booking a revision day (CPMR) held the day before the written exam. This provides an intensive revision of the syllabus and hints on examination technique. This course also covers the syllabus for both the Foundation and Practitioner in PRINCE2â„?qualification. Delegates who wish to take the PRINCE2â„?examinations should also book onto the PRINCE2â„?Examination Workshop (P2EXR).
