'' This workshop will focus on establishing a consistent organisational approach to Project Management that allows that organisation to derive full benefit from their chosen approach and methodologies. This is as much about developing a culture and organisational structure that encourages best practice and the individuals that work within it to flourish. This workshop also introduces specific issues that arise for project managers and organisations who are incorporating Agile approaches into their repertoire. The Parity PPM Professional workshops are designed for senior, experienced staff. They combine expert input on advanced best practice with opportunities for delegates to share best practice from their own experience. The workshops are focused on dealing with the issues the delegates face and therefore should enable delegates to develop clear action plans as a result of the workshop, including how they could work on relevant issues.
