This workshop will provide participants with an in-depth understanding of performance management and its impact on the organisation and its people. They will explore how to use performance management effectively to motivate their teams and increase performance and results using a variety of tools and techniques.
Skills Gained
Fully explain the performance management system, its components, how it works and the benefits to reviewees, reviewers and the organisation as a whole.
Explain the benefits of effectively and consistently managing performance.
Prepare evidence and documentation to carry out performance reviews.
Assess individual performance objectively and accurately using relevant evidence, guidelines and materials.
Demonstrate skills required for conducting effective review meetings to motivate their people.
Identify, performance manage and coach under performers to the required performance standard.
Identify and effectively manage high performers.
Prepare for and take part in effective relativity discussions with peers.
