'' The Win - Win Result Negotiation is a personal competence skill which can significantly improve an individuals ability. Negotiating skills are needed in a range of situations, to manage staff within a team, customers or suppliers on the contract package including price, or to deliver a project within its objectives. This course is based on the Personal Competency Model within the MCI Management Standards and enables the individual to develop and practice the competencies necessary for successful negotiation. Course Objectives To enable delegates to understand their current strengths and development needs in relation to their personal negotiation style. To provide recognised frameworks for planning and conducting formal negotiations. To provide opportunities to practise and develop personal competencies using both case studies and scenarios that are real for the delegates. Skills Gained Identify and understand their personal communication style used in negotiations. To manage the environment of important negotiations. To prepare, plan, conduct and review both formal and informal negotiations. ...''
