'' to acquire the skills to guide a group or a team towards its objectives, enabling them to bond with each other, share knowledge and solve their own problems. Delegates will learn how to plan and structure facilitation sessions, and how to be both inspiring and responsive during the event. The course will include advice on creating the right enviroment; communicating confidently; knowing when and how to intervene; and how to manage group dynamics. The first day will focus on acquiring technique. The second day will allow each participant to practise facilitating their own mini - sessions, enabling them to benefit from experimenting with new approaches and to receive feedback from the group as a whole. ...''
