'' Otorhinolaryngology is the branch of medicine that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, throat, as well as head and neck disorders. A more commonly used term for this specialty is ENT (ear, nose and throat).
Graduates in this discipline are exposed to the technical theories as well as the practical knowledge relevant to the discipline via the comprehensive syllabus and rotational postings in Oral-Maxilla-facial Surgery, Neuron-surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as undertaking a research project in the field of Otorhinolaryngology. ...''
