'' In this module students will be introduced to models and principles of leadership that are relevant to an entrepreneurial context. They will consider the link between entrepreneurship and leadership and they will examine case studies where entrepreneurs have effectively and ineffectively utilized leadership principles in launching and growing a new business. Students will be required to critically evaluate their own leadership competencies and they will put process and plans in place to play to their strengths and develop their weaknesses or find ways of overcoming their weaknesses.
