'' NVQ Level 1 Beauty Therapy is an introduction to the Beauty Therapy industry and plays a vital role in assisting the Therapist. This qualification is aimed at students who have no prior knowledge of Beauty Therapy and school leavers who would like to build their confidence and communication skills in preparation for NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy.
This Certificate qualification will enable you to competently carry out level 1 treatments safely and effectively. The course aims to provide practitioners with the necessary skills to be able to be able to carry out basic manicure, basic facial ,reception duties and assisting the therapist. You will be taught through a combination of classroom activities, such as simulation/role-play, formal lectures, ILT methods, Tutorial, small group work and practical.
