The Principles of Change Management qualification is a pre-requisite for the Certified Change Leader Course.
The Certified Change Leader Course provides an independent validation of a manager’s ability to lead a Change Programme.
This is a three day, modular, tutor-lead course dealing with the theories of how change impacts on and is affected by the following:
