This course will show you how to raise the measurable performance of your teams through greater productivity and motivation therefore needing less supervision.

Team size - creating the ideal team size; managing losses of team members; introducing new team members
Team types - identifying the value of different team members; using a questionnaire to identify team types; ’is the selection of the correct team type important when recruiting?’
Leadership styles - recognising different leadership styles; knowing what style to use in the various stages of team development; using a questionnaire to measure your leadership style
Rewards - the relationship between salary and bonus in obtaining optimum performance; the value of instant rewards to mark recognition of achievement; the ideal method to recognise the achievement of the task, the team and the individual
