'' The range of available management techniques grows almost daily. Which should managers employ? Which really provide benefits at an acceptable cost? Which should be promulgated as the preferred approach throughout an organisation?
This programme has been designed to enable new Managers to sample a range of ’Management Subjects’ and to be able to decide from these which ones are appropriate and useful to the full management team. When this has been done, a training course covering the required subjects, will be compiled and delivered.

Managers who wish to assess the range of management subjects and techniques with a view to introducing common practice to their area of responsibility.
Prerequisites:
Personnel attending this workshop need to be of sufficient seniority to be able to implement the process improvements and to measure the added value contribution to their business.
