Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online/Live | On-site/In-house | Blended | Self-paced
Course Description:
'' This one-day course will teach you how to prepare the training needs analysis document using a number of techniques for identifying and describing what is required. By understanding what people are trying to achieve and by measuring the gap between current and planned achievements, we can determine the training that will provide the greatest benefit to the organisation.
The course is particularly relevant when the organisation lacks formal job/role descriptions as the approach recognises this possibility and suggests how this issue may be resolved.
