Course Description:
'' The success of the enterprise depends on the effective management of capital invested by shareholders and ensuring a proper corporate governance framework. Recent globalization of capital markets and ease of information flow makes financial management one of the most exciting areas in business. It also requires the understanding of corporate governance issues, expectations of all stakeholders including the most important stakeholder - the shareholder, and other capital market participants that impact on the valuation of the firm.
Accordingly, the Financial Management concentration is designed to provide the concepts, tools and a broader understanding of all aspects of the financial function in any enterprise.
