'' Understanding budgeting is a core competency for all leadership teams. Your budget is the key financial control tool used to manage a department. Working in teams, participants learn how to forecast and build a budget that communicates ideas and maintains control of their activities. Following this one-day budgeting skills workshop, managers return to work ready to competently construct realistic budgets for their area of responsibility.
This workshop will be of interest and benefit to managers in government and not-for-profit organizations who are not directly involved in the financial division.
