'' Principled negotiation skills will enable you to prevent potential conflict, and will as well greatly aid in resolving existing conflict. Principled negotiation is an absolute necessity in situations where one wants to obtain mutually beneficial outcomes, minimize acrimony, and preserve relationships. Participants in this course will develop a real appreciation for the philosophy and rationale supporting principled negotiation. Participants to this course will become thoroughly familiar with the necessary stages of a principled negotiation, and will develop the skills and techniques essential to a successful negotiation outcome.
