The course will look at the major schools of legal theory in the United States including Sociological Jurisprudence, Legal Realism, Legal Process, Critical Legal Studies, Liberal Legalism, Critical Race Theory, Feminist Legal Theory and Law and Economics. The course aims at introducing students to different and innovative legal methodologies. Required of all LL.M. students. ...''
