Course Description:
'' Applicants seeking admission to the Masters program in Migration and Refugee Studies should have an undergraduate degree of high standing (minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent) within the field of the Humanities and/or Social Sciences and meet the university’s language proficiency exam.
All MA students must complete a thesis according to university regulations. Before commencing work on the thesis, the student must present a thesis proposal for approval by three faculty members, one of whom must be on the CMRS Joint Steering Committee. The thesis proposal should comprise a research question, including a set of hypotheses, the sources of information and an outline of the research method to be used �and should not exceed 2000 words. The thesis supervisor should approve the proposal before submission to the other two faculty members for their approval. ...''
