'' A three-day intensive course designed in affiliation with Harvard Business School’s Microeconomics of Competitiveness (MOC) Program. The course platform was initially developed at Harvard by Michael Porter and a team of colleagues. It is currently taught at AUC’s IEEI as one of 84 international affiliates of the Harvard MOC Network. The course is designed to be a universal brainstorming tool for real world decisions involving competitiveness and strategic business decisions.

T he course enables, builds, studies and applies a comprehensive framework for effectively learning the multiple forces of competitiveness, along with analysis of its dimensions and constraints, within the framework and mindset of corporate business strategy. The ultimate objective of the course is to inspire into the participants a lifelong learning experience in applying competitiveness into their business fields, in order to create sustained competitive advantage and enhance corporate, industry, and national value creation. ...''
