'' The International Computer Driving License (ICDL) is an international program that establishes the benchmark for basic personal computer (PC) literacy skills. The ICDL certificate is intended for both organizations and individuals. The certificate is granted under the sponsorship of the UNESCO office in Cairo in cooperation with the AUC School of Continuing Education.
