'' The construction industry has a turnover of some 10% of the G.D.P. and employs some 1.4 million people. It occupies a key position in the national economy and is too important to stagnate.
This course considers the industry in the light of the Egan and Latham reports and makes suggestions for future good practice.
At the end of the course, delegates will have an awareness of:-

Successful management, the allocation of risk, the need for fair conditions of contract, and the actions we might take to improve current practice.
Supply chain management. The importance of a link from top to bottom of the supply chain and the importance of feedback form bottom to top.
