'' Effective disciplinary and grievance procedures are essential to a good employer/employee relationship. This course will look at the legislatory framework behind the procedures, the ACAS codes of practice and the practical issues of implementing the Act.

Course Objective:
To gain knowledge of the legislation that affects disciplinary and grievance issues.
To learn about the guidance that has been published by ACAS and the role of ACAS.
How to conduct an effective disciplinary and grievance hearing.
How to apply best practice to your organisation

Course Outline:
Will look at the obligation of notification under the Act.
You will consider the core principles of data processing
Understand how to deal with a subject access request
Ancillary legislation will be considered
