'' Care Planning is about meeting needs, this is the single most important aspect of the running of any care setting. This course aims to enable and empower delegates with the knowledge and skills to assess needs, devise care plans and manage risk in a care setting. The course has been devised so that delegate would benefit from attending the care planning module, the risk assessment module or both. The emphasis is on practical skills and techniques which actually work in a care setting, backed up with good practice and theory.
