'' Many organisations regularly use facilitated decision making in a range of business areas, including project development, where Facilitation skills are becoming a required core competency for Project Managers. The trend towards partnership working within supply chains and involving stakeholders in decision making adds further emphasis to the need for people skilled in leading mixed groups to elicit information, identify and understand problems and reach consensus on decisions and actions.

This course aims to improve personal skills in facilitating group decision making and introduces a range of group decision making tools and techniques that are applied in a series of exercises.
