'' The world of business is a complex web of relationships. For organisational members to be effective, they need to relate to a large variety of people. This Short Course explores the key skills required to foster and maintain long lasting relationships. It particularly focuses on building trust and sustaining credibility.
Topics Covered Building Sustainable Relationships mainly looks at the techniques for building rapport. The word rapport comes from the French word rapprochement, which means “establishing or restoring of harmony and friendly relations� It is the feeling of trust and comfort, when someone knows, hears, understands, accepts and values us. It is what most of our relationships are based on.
In addition, this Short Course will explore:
