What is it?
How does it benefit business people?
Why is it that many organisations in UK, Europe and USA now require their managers to have an understanding of NLP?
Well, the short answer is another question: How do you get on with everybody, and get the most out of your team or people situations?
It starts with recognising the fundamental truism that we’re not all the same. This affects our responses to a situation and the language we use.
The key to harnessing the potential in a situation is to recognise how people think, then develop techniques to communicate effectively in their "mode". Then we can build appropriate strategies for dealing effectively with interpersonal situations.

The workshop introduces the concepts of NLP and shows how we can use these strategies in business in these ways:
