Course Description:

'' No one knows what challenges organisations will face in 2020, but we have a strong idea of what the leaders to meet them will look like-but more importantly, how they will get to be that way.

Every organisation wants a Leadership Machine; a robust process for the objective identification of each wave of new leaders, an uncomplicated language framework to develop the talent bench together with a culture which rewards every aspect of performance, not only the financial.

We know there are four dimensions of what is described as “Leadership Distinction.�They are:

�Functional Excellence
�People Capabilities
�Change Readiness
�Learning Agility (which is not to be confused with IQ)

Each of these four dimensions is underpinned by a unique set of identifiable and experience tested competencies, which are known and can be assessed, but again, can be developed.

Hence, competencies are globally accepted as the universal denominator �they drive much of what business recognises in work and performance. Everyone wants to know what is the secret to success, and there is one!! It is called “continuingly learning to do what you don’t know how to do.�
