'' An essential component of any current leadership style is the ability to enable others to achieve personal and professional goals and to get the best out of individuals and team-based working. To develop excellence in facilitation and coaching & mentoring is integral to the role of leaders/managers.

Coaching & mentoring are intensive approaches to working with individuals with the aim to facilitate professional and personal learning and to encourage self-responsibility. They provide a way of reflecting on and developing effectiveness and excellence at work and in living.

The process of skilled coaching & mentoring inspires, educates, empowers, challenges and supports people in their ongoing development within a professional/organisational context. Its function is to be proactive and to safeguard quality, continued excellence in service delivery and continued enjoyment at work.
