In many cases the answer will be “not often enough� Yet most business leaders concur with the need for ongoing internal evaluation of business processes in an effort to maximise there efficiencies, generating an improved contribution to the business margin.

Even so, it is also the painful truth that whilst many managers do recognise the need to improve their processes but are extremely anxious about both the consequences of implementing the changes and their personal vulnerability within the process of change.

Likewise, it is the case that 90% of change initiatives fail to have lasting impact.

Equip your staff with:
�The ability to make a critical analysis of your business processes, identifying areas for improvement
�Techniques for redesigning business processes to bring you improvements
�Skills to implement the improvements so that you achieve the benefits.

This practical course has been designed to be of value to participants who are in a position to be able to influence and implement improvements to the business. It will also be appropriate for graduate entrants and development trainees. Participants are expected to bring to the course a business improvement project, which they are intending to implement within their organisation.

the tools and competencies required for process improvement
the tools and competencies for the implementation of change
an understanding of their own development needs
a plan for a business process improvement project.
