'' Without an effective office operation, managers and executives will be distracted from their main purpose and role and their level of contribution to the business goals will be diluted.
This programme is for those employees who are responsible for the operation of the office, and explores all the day to day administrative procedures of a successful office, and what can go wrong. This highly participative programme will explore the rationale of various key office practices and will build on the skills and knowledge of the participants, whilst promoting greater confidence.
Programme Outcomes: At the end of the programme, students will be able to: 1. Understand best practice in key office procedures. 2. Explore and understand their role in these practices and the contribution they can make in support of their organisation’s goals. 3. Appreciate the importance of working relationships within the office environment 4. Have developed their personal organisation, communication and interpersonal skills 5. Prepare an Action Plan to promote and realise improvements in their office’s organisation and efficiency, and the actions they personally must apply.
