'' The Leading Executive Programme replaces and builds on our previous flagship Executive Leadership Programme. The innovation and change that have gone into the design of the Leading Executive Programme reflect our on-going commitment to ensure that we continue to offer leading-edge ideas and concepts, and to constantly improve and develop all our courses

Programme summary

The aim of this intense, focused and interactive programme is to create a space where participants can explore personal and intellectual boundaries which hinder their ability to develop the necessary skills and theories for living in a complex rather than complicated world. The first week of the course will be structured in such a way that participants will be asked to focus on their own personal leadership through a process of exploring their own actions and thoughts. The second week will change the focus to the challenge of doing business in the World 2.0. The intention will be for participants to leave the course with new ideas and understanding that will open the space of possibility for profound personal and leadership transformation.

The course will be facilitated by experienced academics, practitioners and business leaders.

The post course assignment will require participants to demonstrate the degree to which they are able to use their new understandings to introduce change or innovation within their business unit or organization as a whole.
