'' In his recent book, Blink, Malcolm Gladwell gives a range of examples of people responding from the ‘gut� Thinking with your ‘gut�is usually an unconscious emotional response to a surprising situation. In some instances this response proves to be enormously helpful. In others it is a huge liability. This programme aims at helping you start a journey where you become more aware of the ways in which you unconsciously respond to difficult situations ‘from the gut� Was that a wise decision that you just made? Did you take a learning or judgment path? Through a variety of experiential activities we will explore our assumptions and lived realities together in order to discover what we have failed to notice before. By becoming more aware of our actions in the moment we will find ways to identify what is going on in our ‘gut� Thinking with our ‘guts�will enable us to identify the core issues that we face in a particular problem and also help us capture critical moments as they happen and make informed choices how to handle them
