Course Description:

'' This is a strategy workshop for anyone wanting to understand the fundamental skills and principles of strategy in a ‘new world� It is not a programme to teach you how to execute strategy in an old-world ‘command and control�paradigm, but it is a programme to help you think about, practice and learn the skills of imaginative and effective strategy in the real world of today using a number of different forms of intelligence. It is an interactive programme using a variety of learning methods applicable to current strategy and demystifies the language, contexts and jargon of strategy. This programme enables people to develop themselves as real strategists.

Programme objectives

Refreshing and renewing ideas of strategy, experiencing new methods and ways of working in the new world
Experience different strategy facilitation methods and skills, showing how these work and can be learnt
Understanding and practicing using different forms of intelligence to design, develop and manage strategy
