'' This exciting new programme aims to develop an understanding the fundamental nature of change, and the different types of change; explore how to deal with people’s resistance to change through influencing; focuses on value as a major element of organisational change; explores the impact of change on teams, decision making, leadership and organizations; and uses design (innovation) techniques to redefine organizational structures.
