'' This interactive course introduces decision-making techniques that keep the whole in mind while planning and executing business activities. Starting with your values, it explores relationships with the resources and actions on which your success depends. You learn to test whether business and lifestyle choices are authentic with your values and how to be proactive in minimising the impact if they are not. You leave with ideas and techniques to ensure integrity in your business practice.

This course is for entrepreneurs, managers and small business owners looking for innovative systems to balance lifestyle and work or developing a broader perspective in the workplace.
