'' The GradDipTchLn(EarlyChildhood) is offered as a two-year full-time diploma for those students who hold a university degree or equivalent, or as a 15-month full-time diploma for registered primary teachers with a teaching degree or diploma.
Each student has an individualised programme of study, completing a range of courses drawn from the DipTchLn (available in New Plymouth and Tauranga) or BTchLn Christchurch or distance (FLO) course schedules, and either three or four professional practice placements in early childhood centres. Part-time and centre-based options are available.
