'' Explore the exciting, experimental, and versatile medium of monoprinting. Monoprints are hybrids of multiple disciplines, combining drawing and painting skills with printmaking technique. The speed and ease of manipulation encourages new investigations into subject, color, and texture. Learn a variety of approaches, including additive and reductive inking, chine-collé, collographs, Xerox transfer, and more. Through demonstration, studio work, and critiques, students develop the skills and concepts necessary for basic monoprinting practice. ...''
