'' This course is meant for all those who are currently teaching exam classes or for those who are planning to teach students to prepare for the exam in the future. Even though lots of things are in common with other general English classes, the fact that students have to prepare for a professional exam makes special demand on the teachers in exam classes. This course highlights some of the main differences between teaching a general language class and teaching an exam class. It suggests ways of balancing teaching and testing. It also helps trainers how to plan and choose materials for the exam. This course focuses on all four skills, grammar and vocabulary needed for the exam. It offers a detailed account of how each skill areas are typically tested and suggests some teaching approaches.
